Finally, a Port A wave day! And it was strong. I sailed two runs on the 4.2 and it was ridiculous, sailed an hour on the 3.8 very overpowered, then sailed another hour on the 3.4 still quite overpowered. For the last sesh I tested Olivier's 75L fanatic quad board. I have come around a lot to the quad style. I used to not be able to ride them comfortably. It wasn't great testing conditions because I was still too overpowered to turn downwind very well, but I loved how it jibed and turned. I'm grateful that I had rare flexibility in my day to spend 4 hours at the beach rigging and talking and testing.
