Back at it after a much needed day off due to painful, swelling, creaking tendinitis in the left forearm. Crash landed some shove-its. Felt the sail lose power in one of them, but I'm not sure if I was horizontal or not when it happened, so maybe I'm getting closer. Didn't try any forwards. Talked to Burkee from Turkey about how to do stuff like flakas, takas, and goiters. I want to try a goiter. Looks like an easy enough combination of jump, push tack, and upwind 360 in the strap skills. I don't think there's ever really good opportunities in Texas for this though. Burkee suggested some drills to lead up to it. Lots of hairy, banana hammock wearing Italians claiming right of way on port tack today. I think I actually sailed a NP Search 5.0, but whatever.
