Tried all but one of the possible permutations of rig and board. I love John's 200L Go because I'm next to invincible on it. Good thing John flakes out all the time on windsurfing and isn't in any hurry to get his board back. Really put into practice Randy's duck tack advice (and previously Mike's, and Andy's) about throwing the rig back more so than down. Got some really sweet momma duck tacks. Pulled one of them out of an entity that lies just beneath my shorts. On another, I was perpetually backwinded, headed for L, when she and I conversed about the fact that I was stuck backwinded. She harassed me about not having an exit strategy. Gave Stefan a land lesson on duck jibes and push tacks so that he may too experience the joy of the freestyle. Gave Kai-dog a long ride on the board, then taught her how to jump into water by kicking her off the board. She's been needing to learn this for awhile now. Hopefully she'll now get the respect she deserves at the dog parks at home. She'll thank me later. Another reason that I love John's 200L Go is because my knee was a bit messed up today from yesterday. It's a great board for a gimp like me. L is glad I gave this a 10 because she was worried that no session of mine would be a 10 until Mike was back from paternity leave. Kai gave it a 9, but insists that it would have been a 10 if Pepper was there. PSB: Breckenridge Small Batch 471 IPA, DFH60MIPA PSG: PP was packed to the gills and bulging at the seams, so we happily OTB'd it to B+Js. Yum.
