028 FIRST OF SEVERAL DAYS TO GO WITH GOOD FORECAST. FIRST ON THE WATER, SAILED OUT AND WALKED ACROSS SANDBAR BETWEEN SI#1 AND #2 THEN SAILED UP IWC TO THE PILES. RETURN WAS DOWNWIND OF SI#1 AND THE HORSESHOE SPOIL, INTO THE BOAT BASIN ALONG NORTH SHORELINE UP TO THE WHITE DUNE. BACK TO KRS THEN A FEW MORE TACKS ACROSS IWC AND SI#1 TO LAUNCH. MOSTLY PLANING AND WELL POWERED IN THE GUSTS. SECOND SESSION WAS A FEW RUNS ALONG THE DROPOFF TO THE NORTH END THEN MOSTLY RUNS BETWEEN SI#2 AND LOOKOUT POINT AND. VARIABLE HOLES AND GUSTS JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE WITH MORE CONSISTENT POWER ON THE OUTSIDE BUT TOO MUCH SOUTH FOR INSIDE FLAT RUNS. FAIRLY CROWDED WITH 20-30 FOLKS SAILING.
