36 AWESOME day! I did one three hour session...was having too much fun to even take a break, despite 5 different jellyfish stings involving both legs and arms, and one JF that got wrapped around my boom for a while with the body dragging like a sea anchor. Haha well I asked for it--I was trying lots of shove its and some other stuff so was falling in 1-2 times each run. Not great BL ramps but I still tried 3, of which one felt pretty good. I did my good one right when Mike did a forward, so I'm upside down and look over and see him rotating at the same time off the same wave like 20 feet away--that was cool. Alex said he saw me try a push loop, which I didn't, but I know exactly what he saw me do (trying a SI into vulcan in a moment of delusional enthusiam) and it makes me think that maybe the PL will be someting new I can look into trying (or maybe I'm still delusional!). Wave riding conditions were not so hot--not very big or clean, but still a GREAT session, perfect temperature, weather, timing, wind...quite possibly the best session this year.
