060 AFTER YESTERDAY'S RECORD HIGH OF 93 F, TROPICAL COLD FRONT FELIX ALMOST BLEW OUT BEFORE SUNRISE BUT LEFT JUST ENOUGH WIND FOR AN EARLY MORNING SESSION. SAILED IT SOLO FOR AN HOUR OR SO ON TACK STRAIGHT OUT ACROSS MUDFLATS AND TO KRS. FAIRLY STEADY WIND, EASY PLANING AND SOME NICE SWELL AREAS BUT LOTS OF WEEDS ACROSS THE IWC. MADE A BUNCH OF ROUND TRIPS TO KRS BUT OVERCAST SKIES MADE WEEDS HARD TO SEE, SWITCHED TO WEED FIN FOR AWHILE AND STILL HAD SOME PROBLEMS WHERE WEEDS WERE IN BIG CLUMPS. ONE GOOD LONG SESSION UNTIL WIND STARTED TO DROP AROUND NOON, IT WAS A REASONABLY GOOD SESSION, THE SUN ACTUALLY CAME OUT BUT THE WIND DROPPED BELOW 20 MPH.
