I traded a sandwich for a ride to the beach (!) and had a nice, unexpected LWF session. Got to practice mostly w/cliff and frederick, my longtime mentors, and we were working on some ABK move (maybe called the pile driver??) which I came really close to sailing away from (F actually made some). It felt very awkward, but on the plus side it forced me to practice tail first and downwind, which I'm definitely not good at. Also practiced some boomerang stuff and came pretty close on some boomerang tacks into backwinded. That's all really. Did some socializing, had some cake, saw teddy K sailing. lol. just another day at the beach! tomorrow looks like possible dawn patrol, barring lightning.

I'm posting some pics from Kalmus today!
