First and foremost I want to thank Brian for calling me this afternoon. After a lazy morning, the drizzle and clouds left and it was really nice outside. Very sunny and warm. I was hoping there would be enough wind for LWF, but the forecast I saw looked pretty lame. When Brian called, I had given up hope, but he was relatively optimistic. So, I finished up my responsibilities and headed out to the lake.

It was a lot of shlog, but the day was gorgeous. Every now and then, a gust would break through, especially when Brian started to put up his gear ;)  I am normally the wind sacrifice, so that was weird.

I was happy to use my older '07 6.9m2 Echo. My sticker monofilm repair has held up well so far. I was surprised my feet went numb eventually today with the 71 degree air temp. The water was 53 degrees and otherwise felt good with the wetsuit. I wonder at what water temperature your feet no longer will get numb?
