Forecast early was wind in the morning and then was supposed to shut down in the afternoon. Knowing it was my last day of sailing, we got an early start to the day at Dougs. I rigged on the slightly bigger side knowing the forecast. This was a good call for the day. I sailed non-stop from 9am-ish to 1pm-ish. I was surprised that I saw no signs of it backing off, and I later learned they updated the forecast stating this. I was having fun in the building swell and jumping off it when it  was possible. But, after a while, I was getting very exhausted and hungry. My hands were toast as well. So, I went in to join my friends for lunch. Then, @ 3pm I went back out for my final afternoon session. My legs were weak and my hands were painful, but I pressed and felt much better when the adrenaline set in. The swell was better and the wind was much steadier. At 4:30p I had to quit due to exhaustion. Bill sailed until 5p.

Great trip with friends! I hate to leave.
