Super happy fun day! Today was the ideal GI conditions. This is what it's all about here...flat water on both tacks...very few people on the water chopping it up...perfecto!!!

Siete Spock 540 completions! (all unclean, but i think that's a good sign, because i used to only make the perfect ones, which are infrequent.)

Lots of switch kono entries early on. Made progress by keeping my head looking forward during the sail throw. But, the quality of the attempts deteriorated as the day went on and so the frequency was adjusted accordingly. Practice, practice, practice will make this one doable.

I'm going to be nailing SBV's soon at >80%. I can feel it. Neurons and synapses are making the proper connections, and my legs and feet are now doing the right thing automatically.

Después de sailing: $10 Gato Negro bottles at Sandwich Shop w/L,J,B,J,&M but the real live Gato Negro was missing...last seen up to his neck in cardboard boxes near Zilker park.
