WaveTwin! What a freaking fun board to sail. I will sink it to the floor without breeze in my sail though, and it is tough to tack. It is super skatey underfoot and turns great. It planes up fast, and will motor upwind if powered. I should have sailed it yesterday, I was just chicken that I might struggle in the lulls, and I wanted to get some some vulcan attempts in. There were not many lulls yesterday, but there were some today. This made me wary that I could get stuck downwind if the wind were to back off. Fortunately, it filled in pretty solid @ 1:30p. I did pull the trigger on a few vulcan attempts (no video), but they were still out the back ejections. Serious increased rotation (and ejection) speed. I did try to stay more inboard on one and this resulted in a violent hook-in crash. I tried one where I focused on my hands and not looking back, but this killed my rotation. I was thinking about giving up, and then B&L arrived unexpecedly. It is much more fun sailing with friends. The holes started to reappear shortly there after, and I decided quit a little early to avoid being stuck downwind.
