I was hopped up from looking at a great forecast all last night and this morning. 20-30 from the SE said the weather channel and NOAA, woohoo!
So my thoughts were get an early start (already 18mph at 10:00am) to get in in some flat water freestyle practice in the morning and join Mike for Bay or waves in the afternoon. I thought I would rig smaller than yesterday, just in case the wind ramped up and to calm things down a bit from yesterday evening. The plan was vulcan attemtpts. I was NOT going to get hooked-in today.
After several hooked-in slams, I was a mess. The wind was much less filled in than yesterday. Big holes. But, maybe the forecast had not kicked in yet...
