081 - After an hour of LWF rigged to sail. Too up and down and tack was right so headed into the North Basin. After several tacks got to the IWC at the spoil with the biggest trees . Flat going BAF on lee side of spoil between the IWC and first time to work upwind above the spoil then back to the shoreline above the big dune. Did several runs out to the IWC then along the shoreline staying above the big dune. The North Basin was like night and day compared to the inside around the launch. steady planing, medium power and high water level made it more than worthwhile. Red tracks below are approximate to show an alternative high water route to the Pure Oil channel and shoreline adjacent to tank battery on the beach side of Park Road 22
