It was really good for a while when I first arrived. Only one other windsurfer on the water, and he left pretty early. Then, it started to get shifty and holey. At one point I was unable to waterstart, and I had to uphaul to head back. The sky was overcast, but the water felt warm. I was OK with the session ending, then team Goya arrived. There was also a foil kiter (Darren) and a wind foiler (JP 135) that joined the mix too. I was debating whether to go in and change to foil, and then the wind came back super solid and very nice from noon to 1:30p. It backed off a little from there, and I eventually called it @ 3pm. A very good day for Lake Travis.
