I drove out this morning (writing this on the 26th). As I left the camp sight I looked longingly at the perfect overhead lines peeling down the reef. I could have sailed and driven out late but everyone says don't drive at night. Too many kangaroos. And I was a little worried about the drive out on dirt roads.

I was the first one out on the water yesterday. I couldn't figure it out, it looked good to me. It was a bit light but I caught a few nice smooth ones. Gnaraloo is awesome! Pretty wild and out there. But the sailing is incredible. For sure one of the best wave sailing spots I have visited and I didn't even see a good swell.
