First session on the Foil-X. Shorter and more narrow than my Wizard 125, the volume appears to be perfect. I slogged on top of the water, easily uphauled it, and was sailing backwinded and clew first with ease. I had only one long flight, but footstraps and mast base appear to be right. I am not sure how much earlier it flies, but obviously no miracles happened today. The big 6.7m2 seemed fine on it. Brian S. was amazing today. He has 15lbs on me, and he was flying around on a foil mounted to a chopped off wakeboard and 10m2 foil kite. Wow. He says he can get going in as little as 6kts of wind. That's insanely efficient.
