Wing demo day 2. I asked them to critique my gear. Findings: board is too big, foil is too beginner, the MF foil tail is on mf UPSIDE DOWN (explains the twitchiness and difficulty settling in), and I don't need the straps unless I'm planning on jumping. And I have rigged my foil like this every. single. time. for two years, because the assembly was demonstrated to me this way when I bought the gear, and I took a picture for reference. And it's definitely like this in the pic. And I definitely asked about it was was told that Go Foil is the only company that reverses the tail. And the guy today was a Go Foil employee and said they definitely don't reverse it.

I'm about to sell every last thing. And maybe buy some of the demo gear? Though I'm not even in a rush to buy, just to move on from this stuff. Today I tried a 75L Naish board with a thinner foil and 4.0 wing, and despite the jump to smaller sizes, I still found everything about it easier. Having stuff put together properly was a great first step, at least.
