Tried 3.0 1st and was pretty powered, so rigged 2.7. Still not sure about the 2.7. I tried less downhaul and it still would just 'turn off' in an instant. Great for carving down swell, not so great for jumps and even carve 360s I have to do them a little differently or the sail just falls in the water. Swell was OK, nothing epic, when I was out. It often isn't that great early in the am, takes a while to set up. |
