Easy day at Sunset. Probably needed it.

After booking my flight with United I checked their baggage policy and effective August 2022 they no longer took Windsurf's. Nooooo!!!! They do still take surfboards though. Try to blag it? Pretend my kit is just a surfboard? I imagined being stranded at the airport with my gear unable to get on the flight. Unable to take it back home in time. So I decided not to risk it. Looked into renting but no one is renting sails in Cape Town. I asked the clinic group for help and Geoff sent me a fb link. Shortly after I was the proud owner of a quiver of 2022 Naish Force 4s and a used boom. Dunno what I will do at the end of the trip with them, but at least I could sail!! They are pretty nice sails. Light and strong. would happily own them. Wait...I do!!!
