Skipped yesterday's Paternoster session due to Cape Towns version of Delhi Belly 💩💩💩🤢🤢🤮

I helped a lady get back to the beach after her sail broke quite a ways on the outside. I sailed around her and finally swam in with her through the break as she was kinda freaking out. After that I was too tired to do much. Only one pushie attempt. No wind tomorrow so that's a wrap. Super duper happy with the trip, the coaching and the gang, my sailing and getting to hang out with my hottie for 2 weeks. Yay. I wonder when I will get to try another push loop again. Maybe the Gorge on a super windy day? Port A winds are usually too offshore for back loops and pushies.
