Crazy. I woke up early this morning and got online to see my forecast crumble. I booked it to the lake as fast as I could to get what was left. Then the wind  slowly got punchier and punchier. At one point @ 11:00 it was 15 gusting to 35. The big gusts were brief, but a few just ripped my wing out of my hands and sent me flying off the board into the water downwind. I would pick up the pieces and it would be fine. This happened a few times more. Ultimately, the wind started to back off and I called it a day. I love the physical exhaustion I am feeling right now after being on the water for 3 straight hours. I miss this.
