Also rigged and sailed the 4.7, but was primarily on 5.7 and I have to say I am in love with that kit. It just feels so easy, so enchanted. I believe I would like to rename the vulcanatorium  to the monkeyduckatorium, but I'm sure I would get a lot of boos over that one. Anyways, it is a perfect place for planing out of gybes as there is no chop slowing the exit. Not that I planed out of any monkeyducks, or even completed one, although I caused quite a ruckus with one attempt that got a cheer from the spectators, then a sigh as I lost it at the last minute. 

At one point a sailboat race came along our channel and it was quite exhilarating weaving around some big boats. I was shaking with adrenaline. It was augmented by the fact that there were at least a dozen windsurfers around as well. It was like a video game. What a great day!
