Yesterday (supposedly) was going to be a huge wind day at the Hatchery. It looked sucky 6.5 when I got there, so I rigged up my 4.5 in anticipation but just waited around with everybody else in the heat. I guess that is payback for last weekend. While I did rig, and I did get wet (dogpaddling off pro point) I didn't think it merited a log, though Brian may disagree on this.

Today was much much better. Supposedly all the wind was going to be this morning because the front moved through last night and then the heat is back again for the workk week. Had a great time with the 4.5 flat, then progressively bagging it. Eventually came in, but now it is back up? Anyway, fun with small swell. Parking lot was packed! The vultures seemed more polite though, so I didn't get to flap my wings.
