Sailed at BIB
Wind from the SSE (mph)
Board: Naish Freestyle 115, Quatro Custom Freestyle 140

Fin: Fanatic Skate 27cm, MFC 24cm Freestyle Pro
I could not sit around and wait. No mid-day nap for me after post DP breakfast. I could not wait to get planing and start working on vulcans again. It had been too long. After many attempts, I became psychologically crushed. I was not even getting the board close to all the way around anymore. In fact, it was like going back to square one. Randy was giving me advice that I heard before when I was earlier in my learning curve. I started to lose all my confidence and my head was throbbing from all the crashes so I took a break.
Then the wind started to build, and I had hopes a smaller board and sail might get me back to sliding, but it was no better and i was tired of taking a beating. I just BAFed until I became bored. Later, I stepped on something sharp on the bottom and cut my foot. I was also starting to feel sick from the crashes/sun/dehydration. I had to call it a day earlier than I expected.
