Great day. This is why we windsurf. Warm, sunny, steady strong south wind from when I arrived up until 2:00p. I was very nicely powered on my 5.9 S1/ 107 Skate. I took a 20 minute break to drink a bottle of water and eat a yogurt, and then changed my board size up to the Quatro as the wind had backed off some. Not as steady of wind, but still nice! I sailed until 5pm. Man, did my post session Lagunitas IPA taste good! I saw Mike briefly, but he started and ended the day at The Packery. I saw Eric, Mark, Andre, Lloyd, and Jose, from Austin, down there. It was tough not sharing such a great day with B&L, but I guess they got 20mph?? staying home. The 8 hours of driving in one day is always tough, but when you get a good warm southerly day in Corpus, it is hard to complain. Life is good.
