A short but sweet late afternoon session with a chilly Thanksgiving cold front. It was tough waiting all day for it, knowing everyone is scoring a perfect warm and windy day in CC. Then, just as soon as the food and drink is flowing for Thanksgiving, it arrives. Dessert could not arrive fast enough. I finally made it to Windy Point @ 4:15p. There was nobody there except the park ranger, myself, and a few people driving through in their cars showing off the park to their out of town guests. The temperature dropped into the 40's and my fingers did get numb holding the boom, but as I later found out, the water was relatively much warmer and made them feel good. It was nice to plane again! Unfortunately, I ripped my foot panel on my sail falling?? on top it.
