Went mountain biking in the morning, then planned to head to Dougs based on the forecast. I checked iWindsurf and it was saying 17 at the Hatchery...then 20. So since it is close I swung by there first. It was awesome!  2 great hours on the water!  I definitely got the peak. The swell was sweet!  At first there were 5 of us, but by the time I stopped to eat there were 40+. It got more lully, so I watched the pros from the rocks until the wind shut down then called it a great day!
