84 I figured out the secret to the pirouette jibe. I went from making around 40% to now probably 80% and it's all because I moved the footwork a bit forward. And believe me, I could have realized this a LOT sooner if I had been able to watch my video, but a couple months ago my roommate moved the VCR into his bedroom (hmm I wonder why). I couldn't have asked for a better last sailing day in Texas, or entire week for that matter. Started planing all the way through duck jibes in both directions whereas a week ago I was still stalling in the starboard ones. Wind let up later and I got some light air practice. A bit tentative on the starboard heli tacks because the sail kept scraping my shin where the skin is still missing. And of course I went out in style, Texas style, getting stung by a jellyfish and swarmed by fire ants in the same afternoon. Had a burger later with Bill at the campfire.
