Very similar to yesterday but better! The wind was a notch stronger and completely filled in. Still the gentle wave setup, slightly bigger than yesterday, and zero surfers or civilians in the jetty area past the first break. Today I shared that area with three kiters and enjoyed the company--nice to not be alone and I liked their riding style, skilled but safe and there was plenty of room for us all. I tried some more aggressive turning and improved my wave jibes but I fell a few times bottom turning too hard with the sail across my body. I guess that means I'm learning, right? Although I didn't emerge with a clear idea of how to fix this. Also I decided I really don't like this weed wave fin in the waves. It creates turbulence and is slow.

I'm watching that tropical depression and hoping for bigger swell in a few days.
