Owen finally found the perfect rig. A HSM 2.6m2 MicroFreak. He was gybing and getting much better speed. I got him a lesson with Kenneth to try using the harness. Still not quite there, but he did well in today's gustier wind. I was planing more, but struggled. I was having all kinds of trouble, including getting planing, getting good pop, feet sliding off the deck. It is beautiful on the water. I have seen 2 large sea turtles while sailing. The level of freestyle is AMAZING. Star Watch: Taty and Tonky Frans, Amado VrieswIjk, Nick van Ingen, Tony Mottus, Adrian Beholtz, Davy Sheffers, Eric Hakman. Plus Dieter and Julien. Culos/burners are everywhere. Don't see any sliding moves anymore. Yesterday, I failed to mention Owen and I saw a little (10 yo) with one of Taty Frans' sail pulling off super sic sliding moves in almost no wind. He could be Bonaire's next champ. I have not seen Kiri yet. There are pictures of him at the airport and in town.
