I missed one of the biggest holiday weekend forecasts ever for BIB due to work. So once finally free for the afternoon, I drove straight down to the coast. Not one, but two, interstate accidents with multiple lane closures on the drive down gave me a very limited time to sail. The wind was very good at first, but backed off after about an hour. Nothing new trickwise. I did attempt a willy skipper, but it turned into a jump jibe, and I landed on a 4-barrel jellyfish! Ouch! That sucked, but thankfully it did not get on my neck or face. The Freek is no S1 Freestyle, but it is easy to throw around. It makes backwind jibes easier.
