A very fun morning at BIB. It was cloudy with very light rain, but very good wind with big gusts, especially on the outside. I was fully powered on the 5.3m2. Starboard tack jumps at Bird! Butter smooth port jibatorium right up close by Worldwinds made C360s a breeze until the wind backed off a little. Vulcan attempts were rubbish and scary since I do mine on starboard. Nina was doing numerous Flaka attempts today on the inside. I tried a few, but I just can't seem to pop the board out of the water on port tack, which is my best tack for upwind 360's. I don't think I have ever sailed in conditions like this at BIB before, because we would normally sail Port A on a North wind day. Mike sailed both at Port A and The Packery. I probably should have, but I was craving more freestyle action.
